i also found this site that talks about how much sugar is in juice. there is the same, if not more, sugar in fruit juice as there is in soda! can you believe that? it's pretty crazy to think about that. it makes sense, but it's not something you really think about. you think you're making a wise choice by choosing something made from FRUIT as opposed to a soda... but think again!
